We always guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with our merchandise you may send it back for a refund or exchange. As long as the merchandise is unused and in its original condition, it may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

For your protection, we encourage you to send your return with tracking or insurance. We are not responsible for return item lost in shipping.
For returns that are outside of United States, please contact us at customerservice@fortunepet.com for return instructions.
Your order is damaged?
If your order arrived damaged, do not dispose the original shipping cartons/envelope or the damaged merchandise. Notify us immediately at customerservice@fortunepet.com and we will give you instruction on how to handle the damaged merchandise. Damaged merchandised will be replaced promptly.
Restrictions:
Personalized items and books cannot be returned unless the item is defective.
